  • Revenue

  • Profit margins

  • Advertising performance

Refunds will not be provided based on:

  • Low sales or profits

  • Advertising results

  • Market changes

  • Platform policy updates

  • Supplier or shipping issues

Business outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.


5. Subscription & Recurring Services

For recurring or monthly services:

  • Clients are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle

  • Failure to cancel on time may result in charges for the next period

  • No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to file chargebacks without contacting Ezimark first.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Loss of access to delivered work

  • Legal action if necessary

We encourage open communication to resolve concerns professionally.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments
