  • Order Fulfillment & Automation

  • Marketing & Advertising Management

  • Store Optimization & Growth Strategy

All services are digital, customized, and time-based. Because work begins through strategy, planning, research, or system setup, services are non-returnable once delivered or initiated.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

Clients may request cancellation before work has started.

If approved, refunds may be issued minus:

  • Payment processing fees

  • Administrative costs

  • Any preliminary planning already completed

Refund decisions are made in good faith and at Ezimark’s discretion.


After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

  • Research has been initiated

  • Store design or setup is in progress

  • Marketing campaigns have been created or launched

  • Automation systems have been configured

  • Consulting sessions have been delivered

Due to the customized and labor-based nature of our services, completed work and allocated time cannot be reversed.


3. No Performance Guarantees

Ezimark provides strategic and technical services. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Sales volume

  • Revenue or profit margins

  • Advertising ROI

  • Platform approvals

  • Supplier performance

E-commerce results depend on many external factors including market conditions, competition, customer demand, platform policies, and supplier reliability.

Refunds are not issued based on business performance or outcomes.


4. Subscription & Recurring Services

For ongoing or monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only.

  • Refunds are not provided for the current active billing period.

Clients are responsible for managing subscription cancellations in a timely manner.


5. Billing Questions & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.

If you believe there is a billing error or service concern:

  2. We will review the matter promptly

  3. We will work in good faith to reach a reasonable resolution

Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a formal payment dispute so we can address the concern efficiently.


6. Exceptional Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Verified billing errors

  • Payment system malfunctions

Any exception is evaluated individually and does not create an obligation for future refunds.


7. Client Responsibilities

Successful service delivery requires client cooperation. Refunds will not be provided if issues arise due to:

  • Failure to provide required access

  • Delays in communication or approvals

  • Violation of platform terms (e.g., Shopify, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

  • Independent business decisions made outside our guidance


8. Modifications to This Policy

Ezimark LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on our website.
