Because these services involve time, expertise, and digital work, they are non-physical and non-returnable by nature.
Since Ezimark does not sell physical products, returns are not applicable.
All services are delivered digitally or through consultation and system implementation.
All payments made to Ezimark LLC are non-refundable once work has started
Setup fees, research fees, consulting fees, and management fees are non-refundable
Partial service usage does not qualify for partial refunds
If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, a refund may be considered at Ezimark’s sole discretion, minus administrative or processing fees.
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:
Store setup or design in progress
Research already conducted
Marketing campaigns launched
Automation systems implemented
This includes dissatisfaction based on expectations, performance, or business outcomes.
Ezimark does not guarantee specific results such as:
Sales volume
Revenue
Profit margins
Advertising performance
Refunds will not be provided based on:
Low sales or profits
Advertising results
Market changes
Platform policy updates
Supplier or shipping issues
Business outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
For recurring or monthly services:
Clients are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle
Failure to cancel on time may result in charges for the next period
No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
Clients agree not to file chargebacks without contacting Ezimark first.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate service termination
Loss of access to delivered work
Legal action if necessary
We encourage open communication to resolve concerns professionally.
In rare cases, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments
Proven billing errors
Any such refund is issued at Ezimark’s sole discretion and does not establish precedent.
Refunds will not be provided if issues arise due to:
Failure to provide required access or information
Delayed responses or approvals
Violation of platform policies
Business decisions made independently by the client
Client cooperation is essential for service delivery.
